I believe the company is solid. Please see the first two web sites below for information on the company.

Is the product and phone service solid? Will it stick around for years? Hard to say but the service has received mixed reviews. (see the remaining web sties below for some reviews).

But if you If you love MySpace, you will probably enjoy HelioPhone... so enjoy it!

They're tied in with MySpace.com - I doubt that they will fold.
