You might have to be a little mean, but you can try explaining to him that you are really not interested. If he keeps bugging you then tell your parents or a teacher.

ummm you kinda have to be mean with some people. if they won't listen then keep telling them again and again, or have a brother or a really big male friend to tell him. he will eventually get the point!

I had this problem and this guy asked me everyday to go out with him. So I just told him to back off and I had to yell. He's still friends with me but not annoyingly asking me out.
