I was stupid enough to play tennis without sneakers or any form of footware..in another word barefoot. I was visiting a friend's house, and we went to the park..i had sandles on. We played tennis, and i couldn't run with sandles so i took them off. The ground was really hot..but i didn't think it would cause any bad damages to my feet. So i ran and ran....

I did felt something was weird on my feet..and by the time i finished playing..my feet were hurting like hell, and it turned out, I got burns on my feet. I don't know what they are called, but they are like bubbles, didn't break or bleed..but there's liquid in them..and they hurt like crazy.

I got tennis camp tomorrow..but i doubt i can attend. I need to recover in the shortest amount of time(hopefully 1-2 days)..i got tennis preseason very soon, and i want to go train at the camp before i go to preseason...

Enough blabbing...my question is how do i heal it fast? And usually about how many days do they need to recover?

If the blisters are very painful to walk on, you can pop them, but don't take the skin off them. To relieve blister-related pain, drain the fluid while leaving the overlying skin intact. Here's how:

Wash your hands and the blister with soap and warm water.
Swab the blister with iodine or rubbing alcohol.
Sterilize a clean, sharp needle by wiping it with rubbing alcohol.
Use the needle to puncture the blister. Aim for several spots near the blister's edge. Let the fluid drain, but leave the overlying skin in place.
Apply an antibiotic ointment to the blister and cover with a bandage or gauze pad.
After several days, use tweezers and scissors sterilized with rubbing alcohol to cut away all the dead skin. Apply more ointment and a bandage.
Call your doctor if you see signs of infection around a blister — pus, redness, increasing pain or warm skin.

To make it easier to walk while a blister is healing, try cutting out a "doughnut" out of thick moleskin. Cut the hole of the doughnut so it is ever so slightly larger than the blister, then place the moleskin on your foot so that you can see the entire blister through the hole in the doughnut. Use adhesive tape to keep the doughnut in place. This strategy keeps pressure off the blister so you can walk a little more easily.

Aloe Vera get the plant cut a leaf put the liquid on your feet..... you are going to have to take it easy for a few days.... breaking blisters will relieve pressure but at the expense of infection....... soaking your feet in ice water will also feel very nice

sounds more like blisters from playing barefoot rather than burns. but if it is burns, then aloe vera helps sooth the burn but if its blisters, keep antiseptic cream on them & keep them badaged & probably best if you keep off your feet where possible. In terms of tennis camp, well some thick bandages & socks to cushion them & some pain killers & you still might be able to play

If by any chance you can buy "Calendula" balm or at least "vitacilina " in a mexican herb store or 'hierberia" or where they maight sell mexican products. Calendula is the best option for burns with those bubbles, and vitacilina has neomicina, a disinfectant, and retinol, vit. A tu help skin to regenerate easily. i hope it works for you. It worked really good for my dad when he burned his leg with gasoline by accident. He does not have even a scar. --> CALENDULA @ least @ 15%. celendula oficinalis you can get it at homeopathic stores, but balm, NOT cream.

Goodness, you are one ...

Nevermind that. I think you need more than 2 days to recover. Either go to a doctor and let them poke those bubbles with liquid in them or poke them yourself.

Use aloevera on them.
