No not really. I was a D cup at the age of 13. Everybody develops different. You should be proud of what you have because there are lots of women who pay a ton of money to get it. It can be a blessing, but it can also be a curse. When you get older, you may develop back problems and may need a breast reduction. It's very important for you to wear the right bras to support both your breasts and your back...may be costly, but it's worth it in the long run. And about the flaunting, no do flaunt, you will attract the wrong attention and there is too much craziness going on in the world as we speak (or type). Just be proud of what you have. It's not for you to show off!!! You have a whole life ahead of you, boys will only slow you down. Enjoy your youth and don't try to grow up so fast!

Everyone developes at a different pace. Some girls begin to get their boobs at different time than others, and will obviously be further along towards reaching their adult size if they started developing earlier. Your size at 12 may or may not be related to your adult size. You can get boobs earlier, but stop growing earlier as well. Or, you can be a "late bloomer" but, once you start, become very large. If your grandmothers are healthy weights (or you have pictures of them from when they were healthy weights) you can guess that your adult body will probably end up looking similar to one fo them or somewhere between these two sizes.
Any size is normal. You shouldn't hide behind oversized, unflattering clothes, because your body is 100% normal and natural and nothing to be ashamed of. If anyone says otherwise, they're an idiot. You also shouldn't wear clothes that are too-small, too-tight or in some other way inappropriet for whereever you are planning to go. (a tiny top is appropriet for someone going to a huge nightclub or for someone singing/dancing on MTV, but not for every day!) If you dress so that all of the attention is on your body and not on the interesting things that you have to say, you are disrespecting your own mind. I won't use the word "flaunt," because I don't know what you have in mind. You are at the age where you can first start to explore your own personal style and figure out which looks flatter you best. Focus on this, and not on trying to conceal or reveal any particular body part.

You're 12 years old! Why do you want to flaunt? You are asking for trouble. Those bad men that they talk about on the news are looking for little girls like you. THink about it.
