I run 20 miles a week, along with a split weight training program. Been doing this for almost two years. I'm getting nowhere in performance, weight loss, or muscle growth. I've got people telling me I'm doing too much and others calling me a lazy ***! Who's right? Appreciate any input in advance.

You need to switch it up a little your muscles get used to the same thing over and over. Try some new cardio work outs. I would start martial arts training of some kind instead of the running, such as kick boxing or some other power sport training program. You may want to take up wrestling. This is a strength intensive sport which requires you to use all your muscles. Also not as much opportunity to hurt yourself as some strength training programs.
