That begs the question of what I would do with my regular identity, but...
If I could have a secret identity, I would be an international courier. Those guys get to fly all around the world for free, as long as they're delivering some documents or babysitting some cargo which will get picked up upon arrival. Plus they get paid.
It has the extra advantage that whatever I decide to do in my original identity I'll have the means to get from place to place relatively easy and under an assumed name.

I'd like to be a ninja crime-fighter ... and in my "secret identity" I'd work at a Japanese hibachi restaurant (you know, the type where the chef cooks your meal right in front of you).
I can just imagine the looks on the customers' faces when I'm hacking up vegetables with my katana, tenderizing a steak with nunchuks ... if a nervous customer pulls out a cigarette, I'd whip it out from between his lips with a throwing star, "NO SMOKING!"
Man, can you imagine the tips that those terrified diners would leave, just so they could get away? And then of course I would send free coupons to all the villains, so they would come in to my restaurant ... in the middle of the main course, I would suddenly decapitate my enemy, then ask "OK, who wants dessert?"
Now THAT would be a memorable dining experience.
