Will a downloaded movie (.avi, .divx, etc.) burn onto a DVD in 5.1/DTS surround sound?

I'm talking about one you'd download off of bittorrent or e-mule or whatever.

yes you can make a normal file into 5.1 by downloading xllisoft convertor it convert normal sound into 5.1 or in any format you want

MP4 is protected file so you can`t play it after you burn it to a DVD. So you need convert it to another format and burn it to a DVD. I had a software can do both things, and the best is it`s high quality after I converted my videos. Rip DVD, convert video and burn video onto DVD with one software. That`s the worthest product I got from now on. Their product page here:

Only if the person kept all those settings when they ripped it from the DVD.
