Of course you can. You can e-mail anyone with an e-mail account, it doesn't matter who the ISP is. That is how most Instant Messengers are, up until recently you could only instant message those who were on the same program you were on. Now those on Windows Live Messenger and the Yahoo! Messenger can instant message each other. This is brand new, only a month old. I got in at the first sign up and really enjoy being able to instant message those on both of these.

E-mail is NOT the same, you can e-mail anyone with an e-mail account, it doesn't matter what ISP or free mail program they have. Hope this helps clear up any confusion you have regarding e-mailing others. Have a nice night.

Yes, you can e-mail anyone, anywhere in the world. It does not matter what e-mail provider they use.

Isn't the internet wonderful!
