It's a Sears Kenmore model. I have no idea how to thread it or the bobbin either.

Here's How:
1. Place a spool of thread on the spool holder.
2 .Traveling from the spool holder, across the top of the machine, look for a minimum of one thread guide.
3. Insert the thread in the thread guide(s).
4. Now look for a tension mechanism.
5. Bring the thread downward to the tension mechanism, slip the thread between the metal disks of the tension mechanism, and travel back upwards with the thread.
6. Look for a take up mechanism. This is the area on the front of the machine which will go up and down, when you turn the hand wheel.
7. Place the thread through the take up lever. Some machines are set up so the thread will slide in to this, others require you to place the thread through a hole.
8. Now the thread will go downward on the left side of the take up lever.
9. Locate and thread any thread guides, leading down to the sewing machine needle.
10. Thread the sewing machine needle.
11. Hold the thread with your left hand and turn the hand wheel.
12. Watch for any thread to flap around. If this happens, you have probably missed a thread guide.

Or find the diagram for your specific model at:

Is it a brand new machine? You might find the threading guide online. i will try and explain it to you here: put thread spool on spool holder, take thread and guide through the tension knob (pull under then back up) until it is between the little disks in the knob, then you should see an eye (or hooky thing),put thread though there and then up to the hook that moves up and down when you turn the side wheel, then down to the needle, should be a hook thing to hold the thread, then thread the needle. it is hard to explain without seeing the machine.
To thread the bobbin it depends on the type of machine, some thread while the bobbin is in the machine and some you have to put the bobbin on a small spool holder and wrap the thread around it a few time then press the pedal until the bobbin is full.

UMMMM hope this sort of gives you an idea.

Go to the nearest Sears store and ask them to show you.

Do you have an instruction book? Look up the model on internet and you may be able to download the book.

And ask someone with a sewing machine to come show you. I could if I was there but not sure written instructions from me would be helpful. Good luck

Ask some old lady she'll show you. The book with the machine shows the path and how to wind bobbins.

Take it to a sewing shop and ask or take a class or find the book of instructions. Go online and enter the model number and find out how to work it.

Read the instruction manual. If you don't have one you can order one from the manufacture.
