I am a Moderator on a website that answers alot of questions for HUD tenants and people just searching for Section 8 housing. We've had alot of success with locating properties for tenants and tenants for property owners. We have a list of resources for landlords and info on getting into the HUD program. What state are you in? The rules are different for some states. Go to http://www.Section8HudHomes.com website. From there its only a matter of doing a search or just ask the Admin or a moderator for specifics. She even started allowing photos of the properties. Once you're there you should find more info and resources. I hope I answered your question. Good Luck.

Your local government has an office that will approve you for Section 8 housing. They do inspections of your house and when they pass it, they will start sending prospective renters to you. It's a good deal because the renters know if they break any rules they will lose their Section 8 qualification and will not get any more subsidized rent. Good Luck
