My 17 year old LOVES black T-shirts. He wears khaki shorts and black shoes - I think a brand name called Macbeth (not sure about the spelling of that).

a darker wash denim. like the dark blues. the ones that are kinda pre-worn would be good. i'd say black shoes with some white in them. like vans, pumas or converse.
