I have hazel eyes, but I also wear glasses. What colors of eyeshadow and/or eyeliner can I use to bring them out behind my glasses. My glasses are dark brown, almost black if that helps.

Well since it looks like you have brown/black hair in your pic, go for a black eyeliner. if you have red or blonde do a brown eyeliner.
Put the eyeliner on top if your eyes are small.. and put the eyeliner on bottom if there big.
Fair skin use icy colors, like pink and white.. Try a shimmery powder though
Biege use a nice shade of blue! it contrast with ur skin color making the biege more nocticable (Read it in a mag.)

Since your pic aint no darker then those skin tones thats all im gonna list

Hope i helped:P

Try using a white liner on the inside of your bottom eye lid, this helps to open up and brighten the eye. Try a purple toned eyeshadow but go to heavy. To finish off dust a bit of white or silver eyeshadow with shimmer just below the eyebrow.

try applying some eyeliner(preferably natural looking darker colours), and some shimmery eye shadow. if u have hazel eyes, then u can wear almost any colour. if you have thick rimmed glasses, shaping your eyebrows does wonders (i also have thick, "emo" dark reddish brown emo glasses, but getting my eyebrows shaped really really helped bring my eyes out)

See if you can wear lens instead of glasses. Also, use blue or gray shade eyeliners and eye shadows.
