I was in my first and second period class in my high school. My high school is few blocks near the World Trade Center (Twin Towers).
I remember I was late to my first period class (Global History) that day. It was a Tuesday. It was also Election Day.
When I evacuted from my school, I thought I was watching a movie being shoot. Those dark black smokes coming from that big black hole of the building looks very unreal.
I remember this is very similar to the old American movie called "The Towering Inferno."

In a hospital bed recovering from surgery. No tv in the room and was not really aware of what was happening. In a way I'm glad I did not witness the images on tv and I still avoid them. I cannot imagine what that must have been like.

I was at work and taking a sample of Solder Strip solution for testing when someone told me that a plane had gone into the first tower.

I was in 6th grade computer class doing my schoolwork. There was an announcement for the teachers to turn on the televisions so everyone could know what happened.

I had just gotten home from work.
just lying down to go to sleep when the first plain hit.
I couldn't sleep for the next week

I was working for a broadcast network here in the philippines.
As we were watching the simultaneous and coordinated attacks, everyone's reaction in the newsroom was, "this is it, it's gonna be word war III.

i was severely depressed and in the psychiatric hospital(admitted the day before). we were in the arts and crafts room when i heard about it. they had it on tv when we got back to the unit. in group therapy they talked about it and asked about how it effected any of us. i was so deeply depressed that it didn't phase me at the time. i saw united 93 and according to that they believe that God wanted them to kill people. that doesn't make sense.
