Yes. If you are dumb enough to drink too much and then say/do stupid stuff, you should be accountable for your actions. Bottomline, you should never drink more than you can handle.

yes because you shouldnt drink too much (i am a drinker and i get s**t faced sometimes but i always make sure i have someone there to keep me from gettin too out of line and to let me know what happened that night when i wake up in the am) just like drunk drivers are held accountable if they choose to drive and kill someone

Yes you should be held responsible for your behavior even when you may be drunk. Just because you are inebriated and lose control over your actions, you are still aware of the consequences that result from getting drunk. You are deliberately putting yourself into that situation when you drink.

If you are an adult then you should always be held accountable for your words and actions.

yes.
In my opinion, alchohol does not make you do things you would not typically do. It just takes away the inhibitions that keep you from doing things you'd probably like to do anyway.

It doesn't make you say things that you wouldn't normally say, it just keeps you from holding back things that you think.

So..... Yes. The things you do when you are drunk and the things you say are typically how you really are. So, if you do something bad, you should definitely be held accountable.

Unless you were forced to drink, you should be held accountable at all times.

Absolutely. I have been in many positions where I have made a complete a$$ of myself when I was drunk and took the punishment after I sobered up. It's hard to take responsibility when you know that it was just the bottle talking but it also came outta your mouth. I think if you drink then you take your own responsibility ;)
