I have had my periods regular, but they are not very heavy. 8 days after my period I was exercising (no pain) and I stood up and blood gushed out all over! I was shocked! I spotted for a few days and then when my husband and I were having sex, it hurt so bad and blood all over. The next morning I had cramps so bad, I had to lay in a hot bath. I contiued to spot heavier for 3 days! I am not bleeding now, but from time to time I am crampy and I am deathly afraid to have sex or to go to the gym again! I made an appt. with my OB for next week. I don't know what is going on. Please help...

I really hope you have followed everyone's advice and sought medical care, if nothing else through the ER....This can be very dangerous...Let your GYN know your concerns...Also a pregnancy test won't always tell if your pregnant if it is etopic.

Tubal pregnancies have a tendency to be found out from steady stomach soreness, transient pains maybe implantation or anything, the zygote relocating down the fallopian tube possibly? Or just a few random soreness with not anything to do along with your reproductive process.

If you just recently had your tubes tided then your period will be different than what it used to be. Just like after having children your periods will be different when you do something to your body. Just in case take a pregnancy test, weather it is tubal or not if you are pregnant the test will come up positive. I agree with the previous posts if you feel you are in danger then go to the ER. Otherwise discuss this with your Dr at your app.

Yes, it's called an ectopic pregnancy. Generally not a good thing.

Glad to hear you've made an appointment. Keep it! If your OB says nothing's wrong, get a second opinion. Do not mess around with anything like this.

I'm surprised you did not go to the Emergency Room.

I hope everything turns out ok for you.

If you think you have a tubal pregnancy, you need to go to the ER right now. If it ruptures, then your fallopian tube could be damaged. It sounds more like you had a miscarriage-either way, I would definitely not wait until next week. Good luck! For info on tubal pregnancies, go to this site:

I'm glad you are going to the doctor! Did you tell the person that made the appt for you that you are having these symptoms? or is this a regular appt that happens to be coming up? You can ask to see the doctor sooner, and ask to be notified of cancellations, too. We can't really do anything from here, sorry to say.
