Nail polish remover would work, but it will proably marr the finish of your frame, as an opticain I would take the lenses out to clean then. So take them to where you bought them and ask them for help. I would never charge for this service.
Oh, and be very careful if you have any anti-reflection coatings!
Good luck.

Let' em soak in very hot water for a while.
Then ease it off with your finger nail under water,
No solvents or thinners.... glasses nowadays have a plastic composition to them and those will dissolve the lenses as well.

I had the same problem when I was painting my house. I just scraped it off with my fingernail and then used eye glass cleaner or the special cloth.

If glass no problem can use thinner, kerosene or petrol, need take care of the frame, but plastic is sensitive to some solvents better give it to the spectacle shop to do it..

use a razor, just be careful that you don't dig it into the glass. If you keep it flat, it will scrape off the paint without damaging the glasses.

The lens are easy. Rubbing alcohol and an old cotton shirt. I've used Cologne when I had no alcohol. The frames are harder. Alcohol eats plastic.

if nail polish remover doesn't work, then dab some paint thinner on a q-tip and rub it off.
