omfg you have a limit on your internet. What a moron what a joke. There are internet out there that doesn't have a limit on your downloads. you make me laugh so much. It is a huge joke looks like someone hasnt done any shopping around. Boy you need to go back to school for a shopping lesson. Maybe you can get your mommy to help you. I have internet and it doesnt put a limit on how much i download. You have alot to learn i suggest you go back to school. I am laughing so hard a limit on your downloads.

It is not a download limit, it is a total bandwidth limit. Any time you are surfing, you are using bandwidth, and actually downloading the pages. You may not be saving them, but you are downloading them!

Hi, assuming you're using wireless internet make sure that it is secure (encrypted with a WEP key etc), someone else could be stealing your bandwidth if it's not. If you are using broadband at home, I'd suggest using normal internet rather than PAYG. I pay £10 a month unlimited access with SKY.

Yes, whenever you surf the internet you download information to your computer. Any time you receive information from the internet, it is downloading.
