Well, if you're talking about with pistols, in real life it's a bad shot. Ever try to hit a target at 30 yards with a large-caliber pistol? It's pretty dang hard if you're a good shot under the best of conditions. Under a stress situation, if you're shooting at someone only 10 yards away with a pistol, statistically you'll miss 3 shots out of 4, believe it or not.

It makes for a longer movie. Bad shots mean an action sequence can last longer - or the villian can escape so the rest of the film could be about his inevitable capture.
Think I'm kidding? Well, I'm not I am serious!

The heroes are usually great shots, but bad actors. It's the villains who can't shoot, but then again they're usually better actors, hmm, there's a pattern forming here. Maybe the good guys actually wanted acting lessons, but their parents were like, "No son of mine is gonna prance around like a sissy play acting you're gonna grow up and get a respectable job and join the pipefitters' union. So the heroes are actually repressed thespians.

im incredibly unwell of this complete twilight craze. it fairly is a robust and exciting e book, even though it wasn't superb. human beings (in particular young ones) take care of this mediocre e book like..it is going to belong in a museum or some thing. and as on your question, No, twilight became into no longer the perfect movie that I actual have ever seen. See Gran Torino, dark Knight if its nonetheless out, Curious Case of Benjamin Button, or Taken. those are some sturdy movies that are in theatres nicely suited now.

Because guns back in the old west shot out in bursts that flew all over the place, it was hard to hit someone not at close range.

I'm not going to give the whole it'll make the movie last longer ****. To be honest, u try running and shoot straight. Guns made back then, weren't made with the greatest of quality either.

The Awful Truth is that MOST of us are lousy shots. This is because they have stopped teaching Riflery in Grade School, which I have always thought was wrong.

Because if too many of them got shot, the film would be over!
