Of course information technology help business productivity because most people and companies now are using machines and any product which help their transaction lighter and easier to achieve because of the product of technology so in these case when a company have an information on how to use the new technology which now must of us using it helps a lot in thier transactions.

Computers increase production time twice as fast then writing it down, scanning postal things instead of writing them is faster, email is much quick then sending a regular mail escpically if you are an international bussiness, you can keep large records without all the papers everywhere so on and so on
