Good question ; )

I don't.....I have a potentially fatal allergy to peanuts. Almost died at 15 months old because my mother fed me peanut butter. My throat swelled shut, I turned blue, my tongue swelled and rolled out. It was bad. I can't even smell the stuff. The particles in the air are enough to make me swell.
My son eats them at other peoples' houses though, and he eats them differently everytime I think. His favorite is with PEACH jelly of all things, and he eats the crust first usually. Then he sucks the stuff out of the middle and then eats the bread. Ewww. This is also the child who went to his grandmother's and ate a sandwich with SPAM, MAYONNAISE, and PEACH JELLY!! He ate three of those things! He came home and asked me to make one and I flatly refused.

I do not cut the sandwich, Jelly toward the roof of your mouth so the peanut butter won't stick.

I like two slices personally, and I prefer to take my pb&j with a tall glass of ice cold milk. I don't have any set way to eat the sandwich, but I wash down each mouthful with a big gulp of milk.
mmmm, pb&j

Never! (Not on "raw" bread anyway! YUK!)
I toast my bread, put the pb on while the bread is still hot (jelly sometimes in addition). Then I start at one corner and eat across diagonally to the opposite corner (which is the last bite).
