jay bias was the younger brother of the great len bias. jay was a high school basketball standout who showed some promise. he was killed at the tender young age of 20 in a drive by shooting in 1990 after leaving a mall in maryland....the shooter was apparently after bias because he accused him of flirting with his wife...a real double family tragedy

As a former resident of maryland i believe jay bias was len bias's younger brother. Len bias was of course the Maryland college basketball all star who died of a cocaine over dose after being drafted first in the nba draft by the celtics in the 1980s.
