It's another lil' cuz and she loves her bf a lot and she wondering if she should tell her strict parents that are all up in her grill

well,her parents DO have the right to know about this,its ur cuz's life,so she should know if shes crewing up or not,if it where my case,i would take alot of care of my lil cuz,u could just keep an eye around,just to be safe,and if ur cuz decides to tell her parents,then she will.hope this helps any bit

No when i was young i wasn't allowed 2 have b/f until i was 19 but i still had a boyfriend and they didn't know about it

Yes just because if she want to have sex hers an mom an dad will have to talk to her about it an start ask question

no. she should keep her mouth shut! and you should stay out of her business! she's 13, and that's old enough to have a bf. it's not like they can really go many places anyways, they don't have cars........unless her bf is much older. and then she shouldnt be dating him, but that is her business and you should let her handle it. let her make her own mistakes!
