I heard more persons are born in particular months than others. Why does this phenomona occur and in which months and seasons are the most and least persons born?

no, there is no known month that has more births than other months.
what you are referring to are certain months or periods during which more kids are born that are the result of certain major events.
for example, right after world war II was declared officially over, a lot of babies were born 9 months later, because people were happy and had lots of sex.
also, it has been shown that when there are extensive power-outages in certain areas, more babies than usual are born 9 months later because more people had sex during those power outages.
but those are only one-time events and they may occur at any time of the year, so there is no one month in particular during which more babies are born than others.

well for my family its november i have my brother in law on the 4th, my brother on the 25th, my niece is the 26, my uncles is the 27th, 28th i think i have another nieces b'day, 29th my other brothers b'day. and the 30th was a wedding anniversary for my other brother but he is divorced now.
