Ok im 16 and have this annoying, creepy neighbor who is like 36. He is home all day and I dont know if he has a night job or is a bum. He only comes outside of his house when I am outside of mine. Everytime I am outside I will hear his door open and when I look over he is just standing there, staring at me with this creepy grin. He even comes over sometimes. He hates the rest of my family though. I didnt tell my friends about him but when they came over they told me how they thought my neighbor was creepy. Im afraid to go outside now and can never feel free to open my window or blinds. I am SO sick of being afraid in my own house. Does anyone have any advice for me? Its not like he did anything so I cant get a restraining order. I try to ignore him or glare at his house when he isnt outside (just in case he is watching so he will know i dont like him) I dont know what to do and have another 2 years before college! Please help

Tell your parents.. This guy could be a real freak, stalking you like that. Make sure they know how he makes you feel.

make your parents aware of him never go outside by yourself always have at least 3 people with you and be extra careful this happened to me b4 if he comes up to you RUN AS FAST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN

stop looking to see if he is scoping you out don!t put your issues on him deal with them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
