He's shy. what do i do??

i lik a guy that is 2 years older than me. not a big difference right? ok well he's pretty shy and i met him about 3-4 months ago. I REALLY REALLY like this guy. what is the best way to approach him and talk to him?

Well first you have to do what he likes , and support him. You have to be more outspoken and talk to him this may convert him mind and adda crush to ur life.
