The Ben Franklin stamp in itself is not at all valuable, BUT the postmark may be. And the card may also have a value of several dollars. Small town cards can go for a lot if there are more people collecting them than available cards, but I don't know the market for that particular town. Under no circumstances take the stamp off the card! That would ruin the value of both. Good luck.

I don't know as I am not a stamp collector or expert. How ever some of them are really valuable. Before asking a dealer how much he would pay you ask him what he would sell you one for. You can always get prices on ebay. Research on theionternet or buy a stamp book. Some stamps have gone out of site in value. Good luck
