I have a Nissan Altima 1994, no AC. Recently, only the highest power on the air vents work. There are four strengths/power that the vents blow outside air into the car, and levels 1-3 no longer work, except the highest one. Is there a way I can fix this myself, without taking the car to the auto mechanic?

Your car has a blower motor resistor that controls the four speeds. When this resistor burns out, it will only leave you with
high blower speed. The resistor is located in the housing near the
blower motor.
