a foreign countr across the ocean is short of fresh water and would like to buy some from another country. malaysia has plenty of fresh water and several company are interested in this ventur.

Ship to transport oil. Instead of oil fill it up with fresh water.

either by large tanker ships and tanker tractor trailer, or freeze it and use freezer trucks...

or can they make a PIPE line like USA did from Alaska to the USA for oil?
