Hello! I am from the Philippines as well and I book a lot of hotel rooms online. In fact eversince I found out that it's cheaper to do so I have been doing it for all my travels in Asia and in the US. Check out Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com. They are all sites that allow you to reserve hotel rooms, flights, rental cars, etc online. It's already being done.
