I know this is a pathetic question, and i should answer it myself and say "Jo, just go to bed and shut up, it is late." I get down sometimes and it is my own fault because i looked up my dad's name on the internet and found newspaper articles about him being murdered- it does my head in - but i still read them, because i mostly only think about him regarding that, because thinking nice things upsets me, and then when i think about what they did to him i get upset and angry but it makes me feel close to him. Normally i am so positive and i have a great life and am so grateful for what i have, i am rambling on - sorry. .. it's just that sometimes i want to cry about him, he was so lovely and caring and my best friend. The person i liked most in the whole world and they kicked him to death just because he was there... i don't like to dwell on it, because he wouldn't want me to. I am doing so good getting on with my life, i don't know what this question is all about. sorry :)

Thank you for your answers...even though they made me cry! but in a sort of good way. I still maintain the belief that the world is more full of good people than bad, and yahoo answers most of the time confirms it. Thanks for taking the time to answer me, i appreciate it... time to go to bed , drink lots of water and tomorrow i will wake up much better, i know i will because i choose to. We always have a choice. Thanks for all your kind thoughts and wishes xxx

Hi, sorry i have sort of calmed down. I think i just needed to sort of let something out. I am not an attention seeker and don't talk about what happened generally. I vowed not to be " that girl who's dad was murdered" I am not depressed, infact i am probably happier than i have ever been, maybe to do with growing up, or maybe to do with feeling like i deserve to be happy and not feel guilty for it, Also for realising how pathetic i used to be for crying about how i looked etc... when my dad was murdered i would have looked like the most hidious person in the world if it meant i could have him back. I suppose i have talked myself back around. I shouldn't lik at things that upset me, but sometimes it is just a way of letting it out. Any way good luck and good thoughts to you all - smile be happy it's great.... see i am all ok now...sorry for being a winge bag i am not usually like this at all xxx

Hello Jo, I don't think your question is pathetic, everyone needs a chance to speak out about what troubles them most......Your Father's passing is tragic, but be very thankful he was in your life, however short a time that may have been.......At times, even through the darkest hours, purpose and meaning are reborn.....you may not see it or feel it; it will arrive in its own time......I believe you are a very balanced, outgoing young woman; within the future your life will blossom and develop into another new world for you......the potential will be there at the right time, seize it and go forth......May you have a blessed life...... :)

Wow. It sounds like whatever happened to your dad was really tragic, and feeling down is just a natural response to reading about it (if you didn't then you'd be a sociopath) You seem to have the right idea when you talk about his good qualities. What you have to do is find an effective balance between proper rememberance of the tragedy (you can't just say it didn't happen) and maintaining a happy memory of your father.

You are just sounding upset tonight and that is good to get upset once in a while. I am so sorry to hear about what happened to your dad - so whatever makes you feel better you go ahead and do - even if it's rambling on here - who cares.
I am sending you good wishes right now - hope you get them soon. I hope you are feeling better. Good luck.

You mention that sometimes you want to cry about him. So, go ahead - what's stopping you? Sometimes it can be the best thing for you! Just let it all out. And sometimes just writing down your feelings as you just did can be a relief in itself. (Do you think it helped even a little?) Good luck to you and cry like a baby if you want to. You have our permission.

OK, hope I can help! Just think:
You know what happened to your dad! So tell yourself not to think about it! You have every right to use the internet so don't make yourself feel like it is your fault! Just say to yourself over and over again: "I love my dad and he loves me! It's NOT my fault!" I truly know what your going through! A murder is worse than a sudden death! (i've only gonw through sudden deaths) But I will pray for you and I hope this help you a little bit atleast! Sorry for your loss! TRUST ME ON THIS ONE! Let me know if this help!!!

No. they don't experience the experience like we human beings do. it is because of fact we've a considered necessary traumatic equipment working by way of our vertebra (backbone) which sends messages to our techniques. this means that if if our leg is harm, we experience the discomfort on the genuine techniques. on the different hand, the bugs are non-vertebra and that they don't have considered necessary traumatic equipment. for this reason if an ant's leg is overwhelmed, in basic terms the leg will experience interior of sight discomfort. apart from, their discomfort significance is short, for the reason that they produce super sort of off springs and their existence is short. they are able to additionally reproduce their lost organs. it is been referred to that in case you decrease a cockroach's head, it is going to die after a month because of starving. Scientists have decrease a lobster's leg and feed him, which he ate. it is likewise genuine that different than for human beings no different animal knows of its life.
