My thought is that Hamas and Hezbollah are both organizations in the same regional alliance. Part of Hamas’s leadership live in exile in Syria, and it has very good relations with Iran. Tehran backs Hamas: When the new Palestinian government was elected, and there was a boycott organized by the Western powers and Israel, Iran was the first country to pledge support for the Palestinians to compensate for that boycott.

Hezbollah is a resistance movement against the illegal occupation of Israel.
Hamas is a resistance movement against the illegal occupation of Israel and now democratically elected government.
as long as Israel is occupying territories from her neighbors there will be NO chance for peace!!
those people would rather die standing on their feet than live on their knees.
it doesn't matter who aids them!! at least Syria and Iran still have some courage to do so unlike some other Arab countries.

When Israel left southern Lebanon the Hezbollah took over;

When Israel left Gaza the Hamas took over.

When Israel makes a retreat, the Islamic cultists take over and gain power.

Hamas and Hezbollah are both supported by Syria and Iran. I wouldn't be surprised if this war emerged as one against Israel and those two countries.
