Well, a lot of people have forgotten relationships take work and they're not easy. After seeing movies and stuff, they just expect love at first sight, and just expect spending the rest of their lives together to be easy. They also expect "lust" to last forever. None of that happens. Lust is the only thing that happens at first sight, and it doesn't last forever however if the person is really the right person, attraction will last forever. People have forgotten that love is developed overtime and by the decisions you make for yourself, for the relationship, and for that person. Relationships don't just happen, they are work (and by work, I mean compromise, communication, honesty, ability to resist tempation, and trust...it's not easy to do all of that...but it's the only thing that makes a relationship work). When it doesn't have that "fairy-tale/movie" touch to it, they call it quits, they cheat, anything to make more dramatic...even if they have kids. Take Care!

between the clever books suggested that for the time of the previous marriage companions might desire to save their eyes huge open and after the marriage they might desire to save them basically particularly open. i think of that the no. a million rationalization for divorce is that folk make marriage determination at an age the place they are not mature adequate to safely evaluate the possibilities of susscessfull marriage with their significant other. Their determination is heavily plagued by using thoughts. thoughts are fleeting and can't function a foundation for a determination it quite is meant to final a life-time.

I think the reason is that people are not honest with themselves. They are afraid of failure. It's not uncommon for people to fall out of love. Actually it would be a fairy tale world if everyone got it right the first time around. I think people are afraid to admit when they've lost that "loving feeling" because they believe it means they have "failed" in their marriage. What ends up happening is they go on lying to themselves and to their spouse until something gives. Like they start fighting all the time or they commit adultery or blame it on the mother-in-law, whatever. Anything to avoid admitting they've "failed". We need to accept that it's as natural to fall out of love as it is to fall in love. So, my answer is...Honesty. Lack of honesty.
