You need to decide what it is you really want and then commit to it. If you want to stay with your boyfriend and forget about this other guy, then put all of your thoughts, time, energy, and attention into showing love for your boyfriend. Do nice things for him. Listen to him. Think of creative ways to surprise. Tell him how much you appreciate him. Tell your friends and family what you like about him.
If the other guy comes to mind, refocus your attention back on all the things you appreciate about the guy you already have. If you stop "feeding" the feelings you have for the other guy, those feelings will "die." If you "feed" and "nurture" the feelings you have for your boyfriend, those feelings will grow.

oOo...stuck between two guys. I guess breaking up with your boyfriend is not an option then. Um...You should take some time to figure out what you really want from a relationship. Why did you like this old boyfriend so much when you were together. Why do you like him now? You need to sort out your feelings. Maybe this is a sign that your current b/f isn't fulfilling your needs like your old one did. Maybe you're still crushing on this guy. But three years is a looong time to hold on to someone. I know its hard to forget, but sometimes you just have to. Good luck!!!!

The best answer is to ( let your Conscience Be your Guide ). You are with your current boyfriend for 3 years and can't get your ex boyfriend off your mind.
If the table were turn and your current boy were with you for that length of time and could not get an ex girlfriend off his mind. If he were to say to you that you make him feel whole, but have feelings for an ex girl friend.
How would you feel about that ? I'm not privy as to the history between you and your ex. Use your head and be smart as to were you want to go in your situation.
The choice is yours to make as to were you want to be.

Dont hurt the feelings of ure current boyfriend. It seems he carries about you. If the old bf of you would love you, he would do something to let you knoiw that he has feelings about you.

there's no really easy thing to do. you either love him or leave him. and what if the other doesn't work out? are you willing to sacrifice the one you love now? you won't be able to go back to him later. and if you don't leave him for the other, than it will take time to get over those other feelings. so i'm not understanding why your even asking. and it sounds to me you might be mistaking love for infatuation (fainting).

Ask yourself which one you COULDN'T live without. If you say both, then rate them and forget the guy with the lesser rating. It might be tough, but surely one ranks higher then the other. Whatever you do, don't keep both hanging on...you'll end up losing both and be back at square one.

if you love your current b/f then get the old one out of your mind one way or another. other wise you could jepodise your new relationship, so look forward not back. good luck,
