If the profits go to the families of victims of 9/11 and maybe if Nicholas Cage and others waived their enormous salaries to do it, then it might be worth the effort, otherwise it's another Hollywood rip-off of tragic events.

I think they should have made it. Why not? Some people gain strength from reliving awful things. Not me, though. I won't be seeing it. I still have to look away from the TV when they show that second plane hitting the tower. I can't stand it, but that's just me. I think, though, that since 5 years have passed, many younger people don't really remember the awfulness of it, so it is a good thing that they made it.

I'm not going to see it, and I don't think they should have made the movie at all. I think it's disgusting how readily American capitalists will profit off death and destruction. Whatever aspects of the events they're showing (political, personal, etc.), they're using tragedy for profit and that's flat-out revolting. Capitalizing on the deaths of thousands shows a deep lack of respect for the people who died that day.

If it makes wide political commentary on the 9-11 attacks it shouldn't be made. But if it shows the heroic and brave efforts of American people helping one another then I say it should have been made two years ago.

Not going but all for making it. Also anyone who says "it's only been 5 years" would also say "it's only been 50 years." As in they would never been happy with it being made so stop complaining with that weak excuse.

They most definietly should not have made it. It is a disgrace to the memory of those whom were lost.
Its terrible, someone profiting off of a national tragedy.

If the profits aren't going to the families of those who lost their lives in that horrific event, no way!
