time and space are dependent that means that if space exists then time would also exist and if space is a dimension then time must also be a dimension in which we can move to past and present

My own theory is simple and I can tell the future by using it. I postulate that a backward-travelling time machine WILL NEVER be built anytime in the future of the Earth.

It stands to reason that if there is EVER a time machine in the future, we would have evidence of it in the past. This "Back to the Future" stuff or other hollywood ideas that someone could go in and out of time without ever being detected is not very likely. ANY slip up by a time traveller at any time from here to eternity would be recorded in our past.

Of course... maybe thats what all those "UFO sightings" actually are.

Even with those givens, the invention of the time machine would be impossible. There is no way to go back in time to stop President Kennedy from being shot or preventing Japan from dropping those bombs on Pearl Harbor. It can only be done in the movies and nowhere else.

In a sense, you are right, but time follows the laws of thermodynamics. In other words, try uncracking an egg.

yes...Einstein theorized that if one can move faster than the speed of light then they would travel faster than light can travel to a clock so you can see the time if you move faster than that light you would be traveling faster than time
