Okay, we need some help. My girl's sister has become extremely comfortable with us and discussed something that made me very uncomfortable, because I barely know her. She shared too much info on a drunken night, explaining why she doesn't take her bra off during sex. She said she has nipple hair and some sort of nipple pimple sh*t going on. Does anyone have any idea why this happens and what to do about it? Ever since she realized she told us about this, she won't stop bringing it up. She wants us to tell her how to make it go away, but hell, I have no idea. And it's grossing me out! HELP!

Tell her to use some nare or some sort of hair remover and tell her to stop talking about it, if she don't listen then imbarrase her somewhere letting everyone know that she can't find an answer to this drawn out question and ask for them to give her their opinion.Yhen she'll shut up.

First off, don't listen to barefootmodel.
Don't ever ever put a hair removal cream over the genital areas.
This means breasts or vaginal lips.
They are just too dangerous.
She's probably getting the nipple pimples from the hair growth.
She needs to be told to go in to the OBGYN to make sure that she has not hormone imbalance.
He can figure that out with blood tests.
If she doesn't, then perhaps plucking the hairs out would work even though painful.
She needs to be careful to avoid mastitis caused by a bacterial infection, or folliculitis from the hairs being affected.
Tell your friend's sister that you are sorry, but you are not a doctor, and that a doctor should really take care of that problem.
(believe me we see much weirder stuff come through the ER)
And we won't tell a soul....

Sometimes breast-feeding or having children can cause bumps like zits on the nipples. She needs to see a doctor to help this, the hair could be hormone related. She need to get to doc.

She needs to go to a doc for a check-up & see what's going on with her. Hair & pimple issues could be due to hormones.
It sounds like normal body stuff. Increase fluid intake.

Likely to be hormonal. Needs to see her DR.
Probably very easily treated.
