For the last 3 months my nipple has been tender to touch, and today I had these white little buds coming out when I pinch the nipple part, and I was afraid when I saw this white clear discharge coming from the nipple too. I never seen this before, When I ask somebody what it was they said that I maybe pregant. Is that true in some cases? Someone please tell me Something?

Did you know, some newborns (boys and girls) lactate? It's due to the large amounts of hormones that are running through their systems from the mother. They obviously aren't pregnant, so maybe you aren't either. :)

Could be, the preparation for the baby (pregnancy) have you missed periods? Why not just take a test?
I know cancers or other abnormalities can cause discharge so if the preggo test is negative see your doctor for a breast exam.

it sounds like you could be pregnant even if you have not missed your periods some people can be pregnant but have not missed there cycle yet I would do a pregnancy test and see what that says if its positive then your pregnant if its negative then go and see your Dr either way you should see your Dr just the same.
