The blend door for the air conditioning is controled by a vacuum
servo. Either you dont have vacuum going to the servo, or the servo itself is bad. Check to see if the switch in the dash is operating properly. Most likely, one of the 1st two.

The default position in case of vacuum loss is defrost, for disguise motives. for this reason, you've now no longer were given any vacuum getting to the administration, maximum in all danger. look decrease than the hood for damaged or chaffed vacuum hoses. many times it incredibly is the position the difficulty takes position. it should be leak decrease than the sprint, yet in maximum circumstances, if it change into decrease than the sprint, it may blow out of the selected vent till eventually you advance up, and then swap to defrost. My money is on a damaged/unhooked/chewed/chafed line decrease than the hood.
