go to the ER just to be sure you are okay because if you are cramping you can have a problem with the baby so go NOW

spotting to me is where you only see a little bit of "blood" when you wipe. Signs of a miscarriage would be pain in the stomach, pressure in the pelvis, bright red blood and cramping. If you have any of those signs PLEASE go to a doctor. goodluck to you.
ALSO some spotting a LIGHT cramping can also happen specially early on mainly in the first 3 mths. Good luck. Either way I would get it checked out.

Call your OB before you go to the ER. Have you been especially active?

I went to Disney World when I was 5 months pregnant with my first child. After being on my feet and walking all over the park all day, I felt awful and had some pinkish discharge, but for me, it was nothing to worry about.

After you call your OB, you may want to try just sitting, with your feet up for a while to see if that helps you feel better.

Good luck!

I think it's "normal" to have pinkish discharge. If it's not enough to fill a liner and doesn't last for that long then you're probably fine.
But if you want to be safe just go to the ER or your OB they'll do a check to see if your cervix is closed... if its opening then it probably is a miscarriage... otherwise... one of those random medical mysteries.

You could have an urinary tract infection. Call the doctor and tell him. It doesn't matter what time it is. If you call now answering service will answer and they will have a doctor paged and he will call you. When he calls tell him everything thats going on and he may think that you have a urinary tract infection and call you in something for it. Does it burn or hurt when you pee or when you stop peeing? Most women get an uti when they are pregnant. Call the doctor's office right now. It doesn't matter if its 3 in the morning, CALL.

That is normal, it happened with my wife and during our two children's pregnancy. If you are have prenatal care which you should be doing, then at your next appointment have the doctor check you. If the bleeding comes to more like your period flow then you need to go directly to the hospital ER.
