Minimum surface area would obtained as one of the cubes approaches 0x0x0 dimensions. Make one as small as possible and the other one as close as possible to 7.5595262993692389886032636436694 in. cubed.

Are the two cubes equal? Because otherwise this question gives an infinitesimal answer. If the two cubes are equal, 432 V/2=216 V for ea cube. Thus, s^3=216 and s=6.
SA=6*6*6=216 per cube.
