Is your Dr. from Mexico and also feeding your prescription pain medication habit? If so...you will have no problem obtaining a note. If not...I know someone that knows someone but it's by referral only. I can help you with that as well for a nominal fee... I do accept cash, check, credit cards, or sexual favors.
AND REMEMBER: Prostitute payments are tax deductible as long as you keep your receipts.

You can try deducting them under "Business Development" - for taking out your prospective clients. You'll only get audited if the IRS thinks that you're taking "excessive amounts of deductions" - they usually only think this if you make ALOT of money. If you don't make that much money, they won't bother with you.

No one needs sex! Try find a way to be happy being celibate. Do you want to die from sex? Because you can't know for sure who has HIV/AIDS.
Sex is something a person wants, but it's not a necessity! Try having a long-term relationship if you want sex that bad; just don't force it on anyone.
No doctor's going to give you a note!
