It may be something simple that resting and a little icepack would take care of, or it might be something serious. I heard somethimes it's from too much of a build up so you need to get rid of some of it....semen that is...good luck.

You need to go to the doctor ASAP, this could be something minor or something serious----but whatever you do, don't take the risk by not getting it treated.
