A lot of songs have those kinds of lyrics. Please be more specific. Is it sung by a man or a woman? Can you tell what genre of music it is? Please, be a little less vague and it won't be so hard to help.
I've heard about forty songs with repeated "woah-oh"s and about a thousand with "yeah yeah yeah".
