As an owner of rental property, I would look at other aspects if a prospective tenant has no credit. The biggest concern I would have in your case is income. If you have a steady job, preferably for a couple of years, then you should not have too hard of a time. Try to pick a place where the rent is no more than 1/4 of your take-home pay. Good Luck!

Your best bet is to find an individual who would be willing to work with you. You can usually find someone like that. Just keep checking your local paper or put an ad in yourself explaining your situation. After you get a place try to pay on time and build up your credit. That will give you more options in the future.

in case you have not got any credit - no person provide you a lease-to-own deal and no person is going to "co-sign" for a house - everyone might must be insane to try this you need to able to having a private loan on your guy or woman withing a undeniable timeframe - often 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and in case you won't be ready to - you lose any "down fee credit" you have equipped up stay contained in the place of abode and start up development credit histories and saving money - you will go with 20%+ for down fee and closing expenses - do you have $15-20,000 in rate reductions? and single human beings shouldn't purchase genuine assets at the same time I doubt you 2 might additionally be at the same time in 5 yrs

Try living under and a Freeway over-pass....Just kidding. Man is going to be tough but not impossible. Try a place with lots of vacancies or a brand new, inexperience landlord... That's my best offer... PS. People who mess-up their credit are in for tough times.... Dont be one of them... Hey find a friend with good credit...otherwise the person you all are moving in with will screw-up you all credit, too.
