I remember learning in college that individuals change careers an average of seven times during their work life. So it will be interesting to read what people's degrees are in and what they do for work.
Me? I have an associate's degree in Journalism, a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts/Humanities with a concentration in Creative Writing, and a Master's Degree in English with emphasis on Writing. And what do I do for work? I am the Executive Director of a non-profit HIV/AIDS Service Organization! Go figure!!

I have degrees in Food and Nutrition and Health Education. After working in industry and a hospital for several years I started teaching. After 30 years I am retired, but still go back to school to sub.

I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, another in biology, minors in art, math and literature. I also have a doctoral in Optometry and optical physics. I am retired as far as the doctor thing goes but did not want to set up another practice when I decided to re-enter the work force as a grant writer/researcher for a nonprofit organization.
