No, it doesn't feel like you're peeing in your pants when wearing pads. But if it bugs you, change your pads more frequently. If you wear tampons, it's important to change them frequently due to toxic shock syndrome.

I only wear pads too... that 'peeing' feeling doesn't feel anything like peeing. I kind of like it when I feel the blood coming out because I know that there's less blood in me now - and the less blood inside, the sooner the period will stop. Even though it feels like alot of blood, in actuality there's only like less than a cup every period you get. But pads I think are alot more better than tampons, there are less health risks and at worst, you get wet and squishy. So what? It's better than being infected with some weird sh*t cause you left your tampon in too long or you didn't put it in right or whatever. Wear your pads. More power to ya.

I don't know that I would describe the sensation as feeling like I'm peeing in my pants, but it is an uncomfortable feeling. I wear tampons during the day and pads at night, and I want to get rid of that pad first thing in the morning because I don't like that wet, squishy feeling, and there's no way I'd wear pads during the day...only pantiliners as a backup to a tampon. It's a much cleaner feeling...

No it doesnt feel like youre peeing in youre pants. If you are realy uncomfortable with pads you should try tampons. They work realy good and as long as you change them regularly you shouldnt leak onto youre underwear like you do with pads. Pads slide over when you move but tampons dont. If you decide to wear tampons just dont forget to take the applicator out. I didnt have a mom so I didnt have anyone to tell me that. Its kinda funny now but I dont want that to happen to anyone else. Its realy uncomfortable. Also I tried to use those little Ob tampons and they realy hurt me. I have never had a problem with the ones that have the applicaters. Well I hope this helps.

I use tampons and believe me when you tampons...using pads is not the same. I use tampons all the time even when in bed. I just hate the feeling of pads, but I have to use them I will. Besides I only have my period for 2-3 days so using pantieliners at the beginning and end is pretty disgusting too. However, the choice is up to you.

actually no it doesn't feel like i am peeing my pants but it depends on the pads you use. i like to use tampons during the day and pads at night....if it bothers you that much then maybe you should try tampons...they aren't really that bad i felt the same way about tampons when i first thought about it....

I do not wear tampons either casue it freaks me out lol. It doesn't feel like that to me but every ones different. Maybe you should try a thicker kind of pad, or something else.

I like to wear pads at night. When I get up in the morning, I get that glug glug feeling, but it doesn't really feel like peeing.
