There is actually a VGA splitter. It is something like hub. You can get one at any computer store. It won't cost that much, just about $25 for a good one.

Yes. Or, you can run a LiveCDrom, that has 5,000 free games, programs, applications, and has dual monitors, 20 Desktop environments (con-current!) and more!
To run the dual monitors, you'd need to have a dual head card, (about $25 more than a single headed card form the same maker!). and two monitors. There is a way to use the built in current monitor card, plus a PCI card for the second monitor...
I do this on all the Unix Clones,Linux, BSD, including MACs, and Sparcs!

You don't need any programs to run dual monitors -
You'll either need a video card with dual outputs or 2 videocards with UPDATED video drivers. Even WinXP has the basic settings to get you up and running with dual monitors.

Your video card needs to be able to support 2 monitors. It isn't a software issue.

You need a video card that has 2 outputs. Under XP, it will automatically configure itself, and you have to install the proper drivers.

u dont' need any software
ur video card has to have 2 vga ports
if not
you have to get this weird box thingy usually used for laptops
ask for it at COMPUSA
and they should give it to you
something that lets you either clone or span ur desktop!
