I like him because he's always honest and doesn't give a hoot what the hell people think about him. I admire the fact that he can be that way in front of millions of people. The other judges are completely BORING and they need him to balance it out. His opinions are usually the same as what I'm thinking. Plus he makes fun of Paula Abdul and that's a good thing.
Yes, I'm sick of the black or gray shirts, but I can't really picture him in anything else anymore...it's kind of become his signature style.

he's a effective youthful guy with sturdy hair, yet he's no longer a great singer. they're attempting to discover the perfect and he's no longer even close in skills to 3 of the others. yet, in all fairness, they chosen him for the coolest 24, so in the event that they do no longer look to be happy with him this is their fault. i does not project too a lot approximately Sanjaya and the "bullying". he's getting television exposure and distinctive exposure out of this. He has a large pre-teen fan base - which i'm particular he's taking section in. and that i will wager American Idol is happy he's there as a results of fact persons are watching the prepare to work out if he continues to be there!! he's physically powerful for rankings.

Simon is very brash at first but he grows on you.

There is a reason that Simon is as cruel as he is. He does not want to sugarcoat the record industry for the contestants. In real life, they will face criticism much harsher than Simon dishes out. Although I do not always agree with his criticisms, he obviously knows more than I do.

I also have to give him his props for selecting SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW for Katherine McPhee last season. That became her signature song.

I sometimes cringe at his criticism but I do like him.

I love Simon. He tells it like it is. If he's comfy in his jeans and t-shirt... hey, works for me too. I think he'd be a lot of fun to hang out with.

I think he's great. He's the only one who's honest and the only one who knows what he's talking about. I get tired of the black T shirt but his clothes are OK. Paula seems stoned most of the time and can't give any criticism, and Randy can't even speak English.
