Does anyone know where i can find more information about used houses for sale, that are affordable for a single income person that can only make roughly $800 to $1000 morgage payments and a house that is affordable for an annuall income of $34,000 a year. Any information would be greatly appriciated.

These properties are checked out as soon as they become available by people who just deal in this type of thing. They examine everything including things not visable to the naked eye and there is much competition in this area...they fix em up and turn em around for a little profit. It is a business. So it takes a lot of work to learn what you are doing...not for the average person. Beware, you may be looking at their rejects. They pretty much have it all figured out down to the last penny.
