Every clitoris is different. If you feel the tightness of the skin is causing sexual problems, you probably need to have it looked at by a gynecologist. If not, it is just a feature of your uniqueness.

My experience with clitorises is that the skin is convoluted and wrapped around it hiding it from view. It is seems loosely folded and kind of hooded around it.

If you are worried about if you are abnormal, the only test for that is if your sexual encounters or activities are negatively impacted by the physical constructs around your clitoris. If you have normal and satisfying sexual experiences, that means you are normal.

If you have any concerns, just go ask a gynecologist and they will let you know the expert opinion on the subject and if there are any procedures that could help you or if you need help at all.

The link below has notes on a Vaginal Self Exam. There is no mention of tight skin around the clitoris being abnormal. I hope this gives you some feelings of relief.

Normally or during or after an "O"? If normally, then you may have a rather "large" clit. Nothing wrong about it!! If only after an "O", then wait for the bllodd to leave your clit and voila!!!
